A Chopra well-being coach integrates both performance and developmental coaching methodologies, capitalizing on health and meditation knowledge, and adding a spiritual relationship that facilitates deep and lasting transformation. Personalized to each client’s unique dosha type, and grounded in both coaching psychology and Vedic wisdom, this coaching process focuses on enhancing the client’s well-being in all domains of life and health.​

Meditation Instruction 

We offer an Introduction to Meditation Class as well as the more advanced Primordial Sound Meditation mantra technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India.

​Primordial Sounds—the basic, most essential sounds of nature—are used to disconnect us from the activity of life. These individually selected sounds, known as mantras, are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth. You will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquility and compassion within and to integrate this practice into your daily routine.​
